All designs undertaken by SHM Jewellery as part of a bespoke/custom order remain the sole property of SHM Jewellery for design and copyright purposes. Any commissions, adjustments or amendments to SHM Jewellery designs, or in creating new products, remain the property of SHM Jewellery, to be used as they choose.
